Attached\, please find the agenda\, DR’s Report\, previous meeting minutes to be approved\, Treasure’s report\, mileage expense form\, District Inventory results\, and most recent trusted servants list. We’ll attempt to keep the meeting as short as possible. Please review the agenda and let me know if you feel additional items need to be added. Some things to keep in mind for Saturday: \n    Please submit your GR/Intergroup/IAS reports to Barb (barbarajwelkie@gmail.com) to append to the minutes.\n    Remember to bring or email your travel vouchers and any receipts to Madeline (mbgauth@gmail.com).\n    If you have not done so already or if your group has had recent changes\, please verify your group’s information on the attached Trusted Servant’s List – let me know if there are changes to be made.\n    Please let me know if there is anyone who should/should not be on this email distribution list.\n    We’re planning on having a covered dish lunch at 12:00 PM following the meeting.
